This discussion group is offered to provide women a safe place to talk and look at suggestions on how to cope with loneliness, isolation and solitude and on changing your circumstances. If you find yourself answering "yes" to any of the questions below, this group is for you.
• New to the area and finding it difficult to connect with people?
• Been in the area a while and finding it hard to connect with others?
• Do you find yourself feeling lonely?
• Are you generally wishing for deeper connections with others?
